The shower was incredible, the staff helpful and the place had a very authentic atmosphere. Conveniently located near to all the restaurants as well.

The Hotel has a sister restaurant across the street. We had the hotel book reservations for us. The restaurant had no record of the reservations and would not seat us. We booked for a different time with the restaurant. They did not honor those reservations either. Not sure if this is the restaurant’s fault or the hotel’s but they should work better together. TV/cable was awful. We wanted to watch World Cup and the 250th 4th of July events. It kept buffering to a point it was useless. We were unaware that the full breakfast came with our room until our last day. This could have been communicated better. Hotel is great and very convenient. The morning staff did a wonderful job. Hotel was very clean. If they tweak a few things they will be great.

This was a great place to stay near Jackson. The unit was a little dated for the price, but the staff was helpful and most everything else was great. A beautiful view of the Tetons, too bad they didn't have a restaurant.

Hotel Jackson was ideally located in the center of Jackson, easy walking to restaurants and sites. Lux appointments throughout the property and staff was very friendly and helpful. Amenities (gym, spa) were very nice as well - highly recommend if you're looking for a 5 star in downtown area.

This place was just old needs updating very bad

We enjoyed our stay. Full of families and pets with a huge courtyard in the middle of the property with live music, line dancing class, outdoor service bar, firepits with smores, kids playing.. I can't wait to bring my grandkids back there.

We were put on the seventh floor, which was very stuffy and warm all throughout that hallway. Our room was 76° and we turned on the air conditioning and left it on for three hours and when we returned, the room had only dropped to 74! So it was an uncomfortable night. There was a cleaning rag, and pile of hair left in the shower. We liked the location, but not sure it is worth the money. The room was fairly small, although it did have a balcony with a nice view.

This hotel was great, I would absolutely stay here again!!!!
