Great location in town. Everybody was friendly, and I had no issues. By and large everybody respected the quiet times for the bunks which made the experience very pleasant.

My husband and I stayed for one night and it was great. We’ve never stayed at a hostel before but the bathrooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the other guests were considerate. The staff was also helpful. Parking for us was easy as we found a spot along the main road and it’s centrally located, so we could easily walk into the downtown area. We would definitely stay again in the future!

The hotel's location is excellent and the staff was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. As a minor recommendation, I think installing dehumidifiers would be a great addition

It is located on the basement level of the hotel, but the facility and amenities are all nice clean and well maintained. Surprisingly clean and all guests are super nice and respectful to each other. I checked in late and checked out early but all process was very smooth

I am a solo traveler and this is my first time staying in a hostel. It was so beautiful and comfortable and I felt very safe. The staff was incredibly helpful. And the location was fabulous as it’s in the middle of downtown so I could walk everywhere. Will definitely stay there again when I go back to Jackson!!
