Everything was as expected.

Great staff! Room needs updating, especially bathroom. Fridge didn't work but A/C was cold (too cold, actually).

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The check in process was seamless and it was located centrally - a very pleasant and easy walk to the Old Town. The host, Karsten, was very friendly and helpful. He provided us with a lot of helpful information on things to do and places to eat at and just other general tips for Mostar, which we really appreciated. Would highly recommend staying at the apartment!
