Hotel is good, plenty of parking. Area not the greatest, right next door to a 7/11 and there were a bunch of shady looking people hanging out there and in the hotel parking lot. Hotel restaurant is terrible, made everyone feel terrible the next day. Hotel itself was nice and the staff was very friendly.

The rooms when we arrived we not very clean the floors were dirty and the bathroom had a smell the whole time we were there we had to leave the fan running and our room keys didn’t work we had to go downstairs and get then fixed 2 time.

The food at the restaurant, especially the free coffee, was especially good. The proximity to Ithaca Commons could not have been beter. The only reason I would not this as a five star experience was that we had to go out of our way to ask that our rooms were cleaned. We were there for a week and after three days no one had come to check on our room. Once we mentioned this, the staff took care of our room but it seemed that this was not a standard practice.

We originally booked the King Executive Tower but were changed to a Double Queen Room as the air con is not working. Room is clean with all necessary amenities and hotel area is spacious and airy as well. Front desk were very helpful and fast with check in. Ample parking both side of the hotel and practically just next door to the Common and restaurants.
