The staff are all very kind and helpful. The restaurant food was all really delicious and the atmosphere of the resort was relaxing and beautiful, especially because it is all on the ocean front. We did 2 boat dives with Volcano Divers and they were really great!

Reception manager is nice and helpful and sheet is clean but hot water is not stable. Need to repair drain system also

i was made to wait for three hours and was eventually told by the hotel staff to cancel the reservation as they claimed not to have received payment. we had to book another hotel last minute! really bad experience with the lava view bungalows.

We stayed only for 1 night but we loved it, everyone is kind and very helpful if we were to visit Tanna again we would stay here longer, John is lovely and everyone maintaining the bungalow does their best to help you to enjoy your stay. It has everything you would need in a place. If you book ahead of time contact them for any tours they may have, they're honestly very kind and welcoming. Breakfast was complimentary and was delicious. Thank you for everything!
