This place exceeded my expectations. We stayed in their largest suite, which comfortably accommodated seven guests. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making our stay truly enjoyable. The pools, views, and breakfast were all exceptional. Everything was so perfect! I only stayed for two nights, but I wish I had extended my stay. I will definitely be returning.

I loved this place! It is beach front, the deck is huge and amazing with great views of the ocean, pool is nice with a great bar. The unit is very nicely decorated, clean, spacious and had (almost) everytying i needed.The only problem was that the washter and dryer were not working (we really needed it). Also there is a weird 3" step at the entrance and I kept tripping on it, and one person in our group actually fell hard because of it. That step should have a warning or paint or something to make it visible. Other than that we had a fabulous time here.

This place was absolutely great! The beach is just steps away, the pool was big and clean. The house had everything that we needed. The host was very nice and gaves us lots of tips where to go eat and what to see. Additionally, they are partnering with Casa Maya Resort which their guests can visit for free which is a great perk. We will be back for sure!!!

Overall, I would not stay at Eco Suites again. The staff was friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately the hotel itself did not meet my expectations. The bathrooms were very small, even in the deluxe room, and they were not as clean as they should have been. I often had to request housekeeping and fresh towels. The hot water was also a major disappointment. It was barely warm more like cold and when I brought it up to the staff, I was told that’s just how the water system works, so don’t expect a hot shower. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It honestly felt like sleeping on cardboard, and I would have slept better on the floor. I’m a side sleeper, and the mattress was so hard that my hip would literally hurt every morning from sleeping on it. During our stay, the electricity went out twice, leaving us without air conditioning for a while, and the water also stopped working at one point. The hotel felt very budget oriented, and while you do get what you pay for, these issues made the stay less enjoyable. The breakfast was okay. We received two complimentary breakfasts with our stay, and while it wasn’t anything special, it was decent. The highlight of the hotel was definitely the pool. It was clean, relaxing, and had a nice view. However, there isn’t much to do in the immediate area, most of the better restaurants and attractions require driving an hour or two away, although there are a handful of dining options within about 10 minutes. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Lamentablemente no era lo q esperaba, no pudimos usar la piscina hasta el siguiente día ,no estaba limpia y el químico aún en el agua, el lugar sucio, la verdad no fue de nuestro agrado,

The restaurant was very limited on meals and our bathroom had visible mold. There was no mini fridge so bringing food or drinks back to your room is useless. The staff was very kind and resourceful.
