For the price, it was surprisingly clean. Basic everything but its NH and really not expected to be fancy. It was nice to have my car right in front of my room. The hair dryer was ready to use and didnt have to fish it out then take out of a bag. Good size fridge also. Even the remote batteries seems fresh. Wish I brought a streaming stick because the provided channels weren't much to watch. The continental breakfast was as to be expected and may be just enough for most. Its a good location between bretton woods and north conway. The tub did back up though. Not a big deal for me. I would stay there again.

This place is a gem! The staff is amazing. The location is perfect. It's right in the heart of the area. The room was very clean. I enjoyed the hot tub in the room. There was a heavy snowstorm during our visit so we just sat in the hot tub and watched. I will be back many times!

We had a great stay overall. The staff stood out immediately—they were consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. Check‑in and check‑out were both quick and convenient, which made the whole experience feel smooth and stress‑free. The room itself was clean and comfortable, though it could benefit from some updating to match the quality of the service. Even so, everything we needed was provided, and we felt well cared for during our stay. We would definitely return the next time we’re in the area.

The stay itself was fine but I will say I did slip on ice on one of the walkways and hurt my ankle really bad before skiing. It’s been almost a month and I still have pain and after I informed the staff about the area not being salted or shoveled, I just didn’t get a great apology which was kind of upsetting.

We had a really comfortable stay here. The room was spotless, and the in‑room hot tub was a real hot tub — not one of those tiny jacuzzis — which made the stay feel extra relaxing. The fireplace added a cozy touch, especially in the winter. The room had a shower (no tub), but plenty of towels for two people, and the office was literally a few seconds away if we needed more. The blackout curtains were great for privacy, and the sunset view from the property was unbeatable. We didn’t get to try the pool since it was winter, but it looked well‑kept. Breakfast and coffee were available in the morning, and the staff always greeted us warmly when we walked in. The room also came with a mini fridge and microwave, which was convenient. The only minor hiccup was that the phone didn’t seem to have a dial tone, but we didn’t look into it further. TV had basic cable channels, which was fine for winding down at night. The location is also great — just a short drive to charming local shops and plenty of places to eat, including gluten‑free options. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout our stay. Overall, a clean, cozy, and friendly place to stay with some really nice amenities.
