The rooms were clean, large and modern. Everything else was terrible. Staff not friendly, key cards did not work repeatedly, lobby is stinky and old, and worst part, there was construction next door with bright lights on all night and loud work starting 6am. They need to let people know about this during booking.

Staff is terrible no help at all had me on the street if it wasn’t for me seeing the Hilton across the street I’d be sleeping outside until a room was available they don’t accommodate u well and lie give fake names and stuff

Food, Service and Drinks were awesome. Pool area and cabana bar were perfect except for lots of leaves and blooms in the pool. Elevator is blazing hot and hallways are warm. Suite had a stocked bar and fridge, and lots of snacks. Patio was large but not enough furniture. Surrounding area has many more shops, bars and restaurants. Limited parking. We will be back.

Very nice hotel. Great area. Staff was welcoming & attentive. Bars are very pricey but it’s NOLA.

Everything good. Only they have one ev charger spot so can’t use it. No parking guest sign so super hard to finding parking with one way road Most problem is they over extra charging around $200 for extra hotel fee even I paid all at Expedia. So the end I didn’t buy or order anything but they still charged. So comply hotel but for the money part I felt not honest hotel. If I knew that I will not go there I saw some people complained on the review and that was real. So I had such wonderful time but the end double paid so I am not happy about payment
