Staff was perfect and professional. Sadly the hotel is out of date. The towels and sheets are old and rough and stained. The beds were ok. Covers were thin. Shower was broken and didn’t hang on the holder. Get what ya pay for. I ain’t mad.

Staff was nice enough, no one was rude. The problem was the room. So many things were broken.
The door didn’t lock flush, I had to lift it to lock it. The flipper lock was also only held by 1 screw. There was a soft sinking area in the shower floor. The trimming on both doors (room itself & bathroom) were barely on. And every towel in the room was stained. Thankfully I know better and packed my own.
It wasn’t terrible, but I’d like some things fixed before I’d stay again.

The AC didn’t work, there was water shooting from the bottom of the toilet and there was stain in the bathtub…
The supervisor was really rude to my family….. they put them in a room with a broken door . The door did not need a key to open and a broken toilet. Instead of explaining what was going on at first the manager was upset that my uncle was asking about the door and toilet …. He explained after demanding that they leave and gave the money back. My family ultimately went down the street to mainstay and got a way better room and way better service
