Somewhat Disappointing

The room was a nice size, had a jetted tub but the jets were very dirty, closet sliding door wasn’t working properly and dirty on the inside. Everything else was comfortable.

The rooms smelt like chemicals. The conjoining doors were busted and not sealed I felt unsafe the front desk said okay and went on with her phone conversation. Very loud and noisy at 2am kids playing ding dong ditch. Do not recommend.

Quick trip to Hot Springs for one night. Desk attendant was wonderful and recommended several restaurants. Breakfast was better than others we've experienced and staff was good. Would stay here again!

When i arrived in the room I noticed water on the bathroom floor from the toilet leaking. I went to the desk to report it the lady told me that she were going to send the guy look at , i waited on him to come but he never came to the room. When i went back to the desk he was there i told about the leak he said that the manager will come talk to me in the morning then he asked me do i want some extra towels . The next morning no one came to talk to me at ,so when I left the room to go somewhere i stop at the desk to talk the lady that just came on . she told me that it was in the book about the toilet and the maintenance man will come Monday to work on it. She was the on that changed my rooms
