Easy checkin, clean room. WiFi was not very practical for anything requiring video.

Property was a very classic property. Great potential to be a beautiful place. Nothing takes the place of a well kept property. This hotel needs a good cleaning. Good luck on that.

The staff is amazing, so helpful! Location outstanding, right downtown with great restaurants nearby. A resident porcupine walks down the sidewalk out front. We enjoyed the good breakfast and hot tub. Because of the downtown location, it can get noisy early in the morning. It is a refurbished older building, they did a remarkable job updating. There is no elevator and the stairs are steep, a concern for older customers or anyone with a disability.

We believed from Expedia that there was an airport shuttle and there was not.

Kyra was amazing. She made our trip one for the books! Located nicely between downtown and the airport. Very clean.

The staff that cleaned the room was very friendly and efficient. The room was old,circa 60's, and need an upgrade...especially the bathroom. For the price I expected better.

Beds were great Nice bathroom WiFi fast Shuttle service they offer is great. Many options. Dinner there didn’t have great choices but in .5m radius, plenty to walk to. If you can’t carry your bags upstairs, ask for first floor. Nice staff

They took care of us and our frozen fish, got us to the airport and has breakfast ready at 5am. More like 4 1/2 stars
