The Per Diem restaurant served great food and our server, Olivia was friendly and courteous. Our bartender, Becca, crafted excellent cocktails including the Espresso Martinis. We enjoyed our stay at Rock Lititz!

This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed and the staff was extremely friendly. It was a last-minute hotel booking, and we had no expectations, but our extremely late check-in, the staff was very friendly and accommodating; Maya, the Manager, who was on duty that night was very helpful. I say, from the fact that the hotel is very clean, I will totally return to this place because of Maya, the manager.

Place is really run down. Carpets really dirty in halls. Had no hot water or water pressure. Bed was comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. They just need to invest more to fix the issues.
