Had a pretty disappointing stay. The property is quite dated and in need of renovation. The room did not feel very clean, and the lighting was inadequate, making the space feel dark. We also experienced several maintenance and housekeeping issues. One of the TVs wasn’t working properly, and the picture quality was poor. The microwave was dirty, the towels did not appear to be clean, and the body soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty upon arrival. The indoor pool was completely out of service. Breakfast was pretty mediocre with limited options. The front desk staff was pretty cooperative and took a note of our feedback. While the location and staff may have their positives, the overall condition and cleanliness of the room did not meet our expectations. I hope the management addresses these issues, as the property has potential but would benefit from better maintenance, cleanliness, and updated facilities.

Very nice room - clean and comfortable; very homey. Breakfast was fantastic - choices for people of all tastes. Staff were wonderful; made us feel like we were visiting family.

Beautifully restored properties and grounds. Loved our stay! So relaxing! The only downside was our meal at the restaurant where the food was decent but not great.

This is not look like the pictures online. It was very small, motel situation. The room was very small with minimal furnishings. Tiny bathroom and window mounted air conditioner.

This is a very unique property on the beautiful Cornell university campus , the campus itself is very pretty and a lot of nature to be explored. It’s run by the students so the staff is great. The rooms as not as updated or new but it’s still a great experience.
