The service was not to my liking. I asked for room service and they gave me the run around. House keeping told me it could not be done since we were leaving the next day. I went to the front desk and explained what happen the young lady told me she would take care of it. We went out for a few hours and came back the room had not been changed. All Great staff especially breakfast staffing and good value overall, The pool was not open due to storm damage which was understandable however it should have been fixed quickly and was notfor days so that was dissapointing. Also one elevator was broken and other one barely worked. This hotel ownership needs a plan to address system breakdowns on the weekends especially when the hotel is full
