Room was clean but they didn't stock it. Only had 1 towel, the body soap had barely anything left, the shampoo was empty and none of the garbage cans had bags. The AC unit is VERY loud in the room and so loud outside that the balcony is unusable. We only stayed over night after a concert so it wasn't too bad but we didn't use any amenities. It would have been nice to have a complementary breakfast but it was my fault I didn't realize they didn't.

This was my first time staying at a B&B but wow, this place was amazing. The house and the grounds are beautiful. Everything was clean. The rooms and bathrooms are quite spacious. Also in a great location. It’s near the water, and a short drive to the downtown area where a lot of the restaurants and bars are.

Location was great, I wouldn't waste my money there again.

This hotel was such a comfortable stay. The beds were great. Very conveniently located to Meijer Gardens. Very roomy suite. Will definitely stay there again when in the area.

A very well run hotel with super comfy beds and pillows. I liked all the amenities in the lobby too like the filtered water dispenser and the store for buying snacks.

Found roaches in our room when we got in at 11pm couldnt refund money until manager comes in still waiting at this moment for management not sure if I'll get money back or not

Refrigerator was unplugged in room, walked into flooded room. Bottom of shower was covered in thick layer of dirty soap grime. Floors were sticky. Will never stay here again. Paid for 2 nights and left after 1 night.
