Old property (had very late 70's vibe) but well maintained. No breakfast by.the hotel which is a great inconvenience hassle because only one café in town, couple of miles down and away from the property, with very limited options and time window to operate.

The room was clean, but the air conditioner was very dusty. The indoor pool had a nice area, but it was very difficult to breathe. The shampoo , conditioner and lotion were very convenient and of good quality. The breakfast area was nice and clean There was a variety of options available. It was an easy walk to a few restaurants which was very convenient. Overall stay was nice. Quiet environment so was able to sleep well.

Nice room, friendly staff, great price. Poor internet service.

Short staffed, which I assume isn’t the first time, leaving the restaurant and bar closing early or not opened at all due to ongoing staffing issues. The game room was a waste of money as the games did not work properly or give prizes when won leading to upset kids and staff does not have key bc managed by outside company who are not onsite(how convenient). The staff tried to get into our room at 1040pm saying they did not have us checked in and left extra keys taped to the outside of our door that we found in the morning(very unprofessional and naive). On the other hand, the room was clean and beds were comfortable and the pool and hot tub were very nice for us and children. Overall, nice room, clean, pool and hot tub nice but don’t depend on restaurant being opened or good food/service.

It was great. Loved the hot tub and sauna after skiing.
