Hilton Head Island Vacation Packages

The property and rooms are fantastic! My only complaint is the listing didn't mention the pet fee, which was higher than normal or the valet parking fee. We only stayed for one night, so these extra charges made it quite a bit more expensive than we thought it would be.

It is right on River Street and the historic District. Location and historical value is a plus.

We stayed in 13 Hutton Hall, which had its own entrance to the beautiful outdoor terrace shown in site pictures. A door at the street side of the terrace made for easy access to the room from the car, with the parking spot behind the buildings almost always available. Sound travels easily here, seemingly through floors, walls, and windows. It wasn’t a problem during our visit, but I can see where it could be. The bathroom is old, with no counter space at the sink. A remodel of the bathroom would make this space perfect. The location is quiet, yet not isolated. It felt safe for a solo coffee run at dawn—encountered people walking dogs and groups of runners. The coffee shop on the opposite corner is adorable, and has excellent coffee. They don’t open until 7:30, though, later than they do where we are from. We followed recommendations and ate at Savannah Seafood Shack. It was very casual, but had an excellent low-country boil at a very good price. Breakfast at Foley House was nicer than anticipated, and the dining area was quiet and comfortable. We also enjoyed the fresh cookies each evening. Overall, we had an excellent stay. Staff were very friendly and accommodating!

Neat historic home. Owners & staff were super nice & helpful. Location was good and having onsite parking was a plus too.

Beautiful place! Very accessible for those with mobility challenges! So spacious, so clean. Such a wonderful location, walking distance to downtown but quiet and peaceful.

Room/ bathroom clean. Bed comfy, shower great pressure, clean linens daily Friendly staff which was a breath of fresh air when it feels like a lost art these days. Perfect location… dining/ shopping walking distance
