This condo was excellent it had everything we needed very clean. Large rooms, washer and dryer in the room. Easy access to the beach and pool. Just minutes from a grocery store. Very family friendly I felt safe taking my kids to the beach by myself. The parking garage was a little tight as we drive a Jeep Wagoneer you would want to back in to insure you were able to get out as spots were limited for a larger vehicle but smaller SUV’s would be no problem. I would definitely stay again even with the parking. Definitely a 10/10 experience.

This place was amazing as usual. We had a room with a balcony.. absolutely beautiful. Can’t give this place enough stars!

I was skeptical to rent because we were just looking to rent a partial week and this place was a lot cheaper than other places I was looking at. We were so pleased with this property. Unit was clean, in a great location with beautiful views off the balcony. Close walking distance to the beach. Good location on the island. The property is beautifully maintained. Good fishing ponds for my boys. Great courts for pickleball. The owner of the unit called to check on us and to make sure the unit was in good condition when we got there. Will definitely vacation again here!

Had a first floor room facing the ocean but with NO ocean view. I should have done more research before I booked..We had a nice view of the free parking lot. Outside our 'balcony' of the parking lot view, there was several pieces of trash in the bushes. This being an older hotel did not bother me but the room needed some maintenance. The tub drained very slowly to.the point we were standing in water before the shower was completed. Overall, very disappointing. I was expecting a higher class place for the price but it was below to average.

Front desk customer service was awful. The worst

It was a nice stay overall. We were hearing a child running through the ceilings which made our stay more interesting.

We loved the layout of 3 bedroom apartment and it was beautifully decorated. I like that the parking was secured and each resident had assigned parking which is included in the rental rate. The only concern that we had is that the centralized trash dump was not picked up and emptied in timely manner . Also, we had some issues in securing the front door lock. However, when we brought our concerns to the management they responded in a timely manner. The neighborhood was nice and accessible to historic attractions and I would stay at this property again.
