Check in information was provided via email the day of check in. I was able to enter the hotel and my room without a problem. The hotel staff was responsive and helpful via text messages. The inside of our room was very comfortable, the staff left a few complementary drinks and snack in the room for us which was very much appreciated. The room had a home feeling to it which made for a comfortable stay. The location was safe, quiet and had lovely mountain side views. This location was close to many popular hiking spots in the area we had a lot of fun.

This is a magical place. We enjoyed a very relaxing four days at the Wilburton. First time, we will be back!

The resort looks tired. It needs a few repairs. The staff was friendly. We did not eat at the resort, but the next tiem we stay I would like to stay longer. I am not convinced that we received the benefits of the resort that we paid for on our resort fee. I attended a wonderful yoga class with Jasmine. I highly recommend the yoga, and the pool looked inviting, and I wish I had swum laps there. We will try it again, but I think the resort is overpriced given the quality of the amenities and its condition.

Clean..convenient location. Only complaint is AC going on and off constantly throughout the night..noisier than normal.

The staff is lovely and accommodating. I had booked the only room where pets are allowed though ultimately declined to bring mine. Happy to say there was no evidence a pet had ever stayed there. The room was spotless, tastefully renovated with no sign of wear or tear. While the room is not very large, the bathroom was spacious and the accommodations seemed suitable for a small to mid-sized pet. The bed was very comfortable, with good pillows and ample blankets if needed and the AC was great. Situated for walking to all the restaurants and shops along Warren St, there is also a small beach just a few blocks away. In this room the windows are at street level so for privacy you need to keep the shades closed and rely on electric lighting, which there is plenty and nicely placed. There are no other window treatments to allow daylight in and still have privacy. There is a large walk-in shower and while the water pressure was great the angle of the wall mount was awkward, so it was best used as a hand held. The other thing I would have liked is a tabletop or cabinet in the bathroom for your toiletries, etc. Overall it was a lovely stay and I would stay there again.

Made the mistake of going on 4th of July week. They Had an event charging 100 a person more to eat and see fireworks. otherwise no dinner. Restaurant was closed. But luckily we could see fireworks from our balcony, yet there was a gigantic tree blocking our whole view. We didnt eat, we didnt see fireworks, I went there because It was haunted. I like ghost hunting and it was my reason for choosing it. Somehow I booked through expedia yet they booked someone else the haunted room I choose when booking. It was a bout 10 rooms away, up 2 hallways. Breakfast was a few poppyseed bagels and a plate of berries, and a fly buzzing around it. I've never been so disappointed with circumstances of how this all happened. Im sure in any normal circumstance on a non joliday week, its a great beautiful elegant haunted place...but I clearly chose the wrong week to come. Our room was clean and beautiful, and our bathroom was really nice. But I won't be back, unfortunately.

The room was gigantic! I loved how right outside the door was the balcony to backyard.
