NO HOT WATER AT ALL!! I checked in with some Indian lady that could not speak or read English. It took her about 5 minutes to even show up downstairs to the counter because she was upstairs in her room. She called another person on FaceTime and showed them my ID and credit card to check in! These people are no professional and I called my bank to let them know in case I had extra or fraud charges. I was not given a receipt and told to write my email address on a scratch piece of paper and she would email the receipt. Never got it. Shower was cold, never got hot. Sink water was ice cold and hot did not work. The heat/AC unit could barely warm the room because it’s in the rear by the bathroom and not in the front. Whoever renovated this motel had zero idea on what they were doing. The blanket on the bed was just a thin sheet. This place sucked and I would never ever book a room here again especially in the winter when it’s 10 degrees outside and all you want is a warm room and a warm shower.

The room was clean,it was an older well kept motel, would stay there again. There is an issue with the motel changing for the room separately from Expedia , they said it would be refunded.

Took a while to check in but lady pleasant. A few rules & regulations to read. Room was ok and had 2 comfortable beds. Fridge/microwave but NO coffee maker although you could get coffee I think in reception. Same for breakfast - coffee/ cereals/cakes & croissants. Only had one night stay on route so didn't get to see surrounding area although Franklin looked nice & think a fair bit to do. Would recommend though.

New computer so desk clerk was having trouble checking me in. Light in bathroom automatically turns on when entering, even in middle of the night, disturbing others. No receipt at checkout. Language barrier a problem. STILL do not have a receipt showing that I paid and how much!!!!
