Although ‘soap’ was included in the bathroom, no shower soap, nor shampoo, was available….handsoap only. This unit is probably OK for a single traveler, but not for couples. Cheap furnishings and poor craftsmanship of finish work…trim, flooring, paint, etc. No air conditioning…just a small ceiling fan, with the pull-chain out of reach to adjust the speed. Regular size bed was mattress only, no box springs. Price was unreasonable for this property. Not impressed and will not return.

Very clean, and affordable. Enjoyed the stay. would recommend.

Room was ok, faucet didn’t turn all the way off on sink. No maid service on stays, had to go to office for towels, which they were always out of or only had 2 room was booked for 4 people. Pool/ hot tub was “closed for season, in July

Me and my husband stayed here for 3 nights on a vacation to Mackinac Island, it was so nice!! The room we stayed in was just renovated. Loved the hot tub! The room and bathroom were very nice and clean.. and in all honesty - nicer than my own bathroom. Staff was helpful. Provided wood and firestarter for the firepits outside! perfect view of the water as well. Def would come again.

Friendly staff, great location, good price, free parking. There could be more attention to housekeeping details - we had to hunt for our TV remote - found it behind a chest of drawers, there were spots on the carpet which we cleaned up. There is limited soundproofing. In the morning between 6-10am we heard many doors slam - soft close doors would help.
