The Lake House on Canandaigua

Everything was great, the room was clean, easy check in/out, and the parking was simple. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast didn’t have any healthy options like yogurt or oatmeal or fruit; just eggs and sausages, which I can’t eat. I could eat only a white bread toast. The coffee was good.

Red Roof Inn Rochester - Henrietta
Room smelled like cat pee, sheets were dirty, had an exposed power outlet next to bed that made me nervous. Staff asked if we wanted to switch rooms, no thanks, found a different hotel. No problem getting a refund, front desk was easy to work with.
