Hotel was very nice and comfortable. However, they allowed a guest with dog to check-in to room across the hall from us. The dog began barking in early morning and woke us up an hour before our alarm.

I checked in at 10 pm and noticed that still room is not ready to check in. Terrible front desk. I called them in advance but they didn’t even clean the room. Stuff is not helpful. One of the worst experiences.

TV wa broken. When reported they said they couldn’t fix right then offered another room if we wanted to move. Breakfast was not great. Had to wait for food to be put out as it was empty. Worker was not around one day the other was just cleaning in the back.
