Staff seemed a little bit too laid-back and not so interested in business in general. Breakfast area was clean but not well stocked . Bedroom was clean but sheets and bedding was not tight as if not clean Sheets.

Your staff was very friendly. Cleaning staff was very friendly. The rooms are not the cleanest I have ever seen. Beds clean and comfortable. Bathrrom floors has some dirt in the corners. But this place is very outdated. Showers were hard to use in some of the rooms. Shower faucets were different in different rooms. Ac units are on their last leg. Please update this facility. Pictures did not represent current state of the rooms

Don’t stay here. It was non refundable and I almost paid for another room to not stay here. Toilet didn’t work well. Tv was broken. Pool was gross. Chairs stained.

The house was in a good location. Only street parking is available, but it was convenient and there was always space. The house is definitely “antique”, but everything worked; water flowed, toilet flushed, lights came on, etc. Wood floors squeeked throughout the house. Hosts are available via text only and were not always responsive. Even though breakfast is included, it was nothing to write home about. You are probably better off going somewhere else for food. All in all, not a bad stay, but not a destination either.

The room and lobby were reasonably clean and the A/C worked well. However the sink faucet needed repair and some of the pillows were old and stained. Breakfast was decent, though the juice machine was out of at least one juice both mornings. Our biggest complaint is with the pool. We chose this hotel because the pool looked great for our 4 year old, however the kiddie pool was out of order and was still full of stagnant water. The regular pool had damaged tile growing moss in some spots and the floor was discolored in the deep end, and the hot tub was underfilled and more lukewarm than hot. The bathroom in the pool area was dirty and not well maintained, and the floor around the pool is made of pebbles glued to the floor decades ago that are falling apart and hurt to walk on. All in all, I would expect to pay $60/night for a hotel like this in its condition. It's fine in a pinch, but it needs some serious TLC.

Clean facilities

Truly enjoyed our stay here. Our room was spacious and well appointed. Staying on the top floor added to the quiet and a comfortable night’s sleep. Will definitely return on our next trip back from the Colorado mountains to St. Louis.
