The desk clerk at night was not polite when I had trouble with the room door. Other than that, everything was clean and it's conveniently located on Highway 95.

Don't judge a book by the cover

Check in was fast . Employee was friendly and efficient . Building is run down outside however inside the inside was clearly remodeled and was spotless .

We asked for a 1st floor since we traveled with my son's bike to college that we needed unload for the night....the only room available was room that the key card lock wouldn't work on the door...we could never get it opened ourselves...we had to have front desk staff open it up...after we ate dinner and came back to the room..we couldn't get in the room and waited for the front desk person for 15 minutes while he came back from another property...also both the sink and tub backed up with water...we stood in 6 to 8 inches of water when we took a shower....probably won't be back

A great place to stay for the night with large rooms! We have traveled thru this area multiple times in the last 5 years and never remotely thought about staying the night here but it was perfect for us this year! Checking in later than normal to be up on our way early so no breakfast wasnt a problem for us - McDonalds nearby was a huge plus for our granddaughters.

There was pubic hair all over in bathroom. The lock on the door was installed backwards so you couldnt double lock it. Plus room wasnt cleaned.

The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. We had room to park our U-Haul. There was a view of the mountains from our room on the backside of the hotel. Nice gentleman checked me in.

The room with the refrigerator and microwave had no lightbulb in the socket or a complete surround. The rooms have very thin walls, the stairs to the upper levels are very narrow and steep, unsafe.

Won't be back

1. Broken security features on the door. 2. Could dead bolt the door but it would not close all the way. 3. Closet dowel missing. Had no place to hang out clothes. 4. The beds are like a rocks, so uncomfortable. 5. Room next to us had their window opened, smoked pot repeatedly both days we stayed. The ac units pulled that air into our room.
