Dirty room, bathroom drawer filled with brown stained towels and a small toy p*nis, rude front desk, upstairs neighbor was impossibly loud shaking our lights and the already broken shower head, no phone in room, broken glass on the floor, asked for no house keeping as we like our privacy, came back to our room in the evening to find our trash gone and new towels, just a horrible experience

Had bugs crawling in the bed and staff told me they didn’t see any and that it was the best room in the place as if they had slept in every room themselves. Then said they had people coming to spray every month to get rid of the bugs they knew they had ! Fought with me about giving a refund until finally doing so. Completely delusional. Place looks really shabby and worn out in person. Looks like your driving into a broken down trailer park.

Negatives outweigh positives.

The ac unit did not take the humidity out of the air and everything felt damp in the room. The faucet fixtures were not secure. No iron or ironing board. There were several questionable characters hanging around outside several of the buildings. Check in was a nightmare. Having made a payment for half the amount of our stay, when i got to the hotel they told me I had to pay the entire amount. After FINALLY getting a customer care rep on the phone from hotels,com, I found out there was only a hold for half and the payment was never taken. That mess took 45 minutes to solve. The room was large and the bed was comfortable but with the negatives, I would not stay there again.

This is very small hotel, so it’s quiet, we never heard any other guests. The rooms are larger than most chain hotels and they are updated and comfortable. There is no breakfast, which we knew ahead of time, but there is a good breakfast/lunch place across the street and other options just a short drive away. The staff was very friendly. The location was very convenient to a wedding venue just down the street.
