This is not a bad hotel but could be much better. Room was reasonably clean but bathroom had a mildew smell and several burned out light bulbs. Dresser had a broken handle. Breakfast was awful (even though the bar is low for a free breakfast). Also, many people smoke right outside the doors, so if you are allergic to smoke, don't stay here. Ice machine on our floor was broken. All things considered, I've stayed in worse places but cannot recommend this hotel.

Property is in need of some good maintenance. Half the outlets in the room didn’t work, old stains on sheets, and everytime we came back to hotel there was staff out back smoking weed (lobby reeked.) front desk staff was not friendly or professional. We were here for a softball tourney and honestly were too tired to complain after trying to call front desk 3 times with no answer. Would not stay here again.

Would not stay here again. Bedding had a stain, I asked for a new blanket and was told they were short staffed and they didn’t change the bedding for “only a 2 night stay”. The eggs at breakfast had the consistency of a pool noodle and the PB for the toast was expired. I only saw 1 person working for the full 2 days we were there. The tub was stained and the wallpaper in the bedroom was peeling. There were Ryobi tools in the conference center and vacuums parked at the check in desk. I’m not super hard to impress, but wow….. even the landscapers were smoking weed in a beat up shed and it all blew in through the windows. I suggest paying the extra $20 a night and staying at many of the other local choices. Wished I had thought to get pictures…

The initial stench of bleach in my room took a day or two to get rid of. Luckily the windows open. It advertises a no smoking facility but a lot of the staff smokes right outside the main doors which makes the lobby smell at times. The breakfast was poor as well. I got what I paid for essentially.

The staff there was really good. We had a problem with the room when we came back the night and they replaced it with a different room so you were happy about that. They were having problems with the keys for the doors.
