Harbor Springs Vacation Packages

The units are small renovated apartments. They are clean and nice decorations. However there was no toilet paper and when I texted the number I had used to get our keyless entry info I received no response. There was shower gel in the corner of the bathroom but no shampoo. Not was there a top sheet in the bed only a comforter. It did serve our needs for the 2 nights we were there.

The room looked to be newly renovated on first glance - and while the bathroom looked like it had a newer flooring and a tub surround - the trim was very roughly done - so much so there was a hole in the wall where the trim was behind the toilet. The shower head was definitely older and the faucet was very had to work as it wobbled as you turned it on and almost felt like the handle would fall off as you tried to get the temperature correct. The option of the queen bed in addition to the king bed was nice, but be aware it was in a separate room with no windows. Water pressure was meh…

Do yourself a favor and get off the interstate and out of the chain hotels and stay at the Monarch (and places like it). Staff was super friendly and it had all the amenities you’ll need for a good nights rest.

Very nice common areas. Restaurant, bar, patio, all nice. Room was just OK. Nothing in the area in terms of shopping or even walking. This in a rural, but scenic area.

Excellent location. The carpets is the rooms needs to be replaced or taken out.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL!!! No screen door on the patio door and didn’t replace it. It was broken laying on the patio when we arrived. How does nobody notice this !! Sticky furniture, refrigerator didn’t work, bathroom fan didn’t work, cobwebs and spiders in bathroom, no ice bucket, no condiments for the coffee maker which was dirty. Received no help from the office. I asked for a refund and they said no. I will never stay there again and you shouldn’t either. TERRIBLE!!!
