Bad smell cling from bathroom. No lock berhindbfront door. Only key pad available so we felt unsafe.

Room was clean. Having 1 elevator not working made the wait longer to get to our room. Quiet overall. Breakfast was ok, but nothing stood out as special.

The staff especially the housekeeping manager Anastasia was very caring. She offered to help my husband with his walker

The esthetic of the buildings and grounds are very pleasing at first glance. In reality it appears to be an old econo lodge type motel remodeled with mcm details, but the musty smell remains in the room. The shower curtain liner was stained. The staff was very nice and the restaurant gets very busy for dinner with both guests and locals. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but the menu was well planned. The property is not on the beach. There is a nature preserve across the street, about a 30 minute walk to get to the beach. There was no car access to the nature preserve during road work.
