Everything in this hotel (bed, sofa) are low. There is no chair in the room. Dining has limited number of chair and seats in ordinary heights. Seats in the pictures are all low, as if we were living in Tatami (Japan) room.

Clean room. Good staff. However, only 1 elevator so takes time to access and there is no non emergency stairs as an alternative.

Kawagoe Tobu Hotel
シャワーから水が出なかったので、スタッフに問い合わせたところ、 ひたすら謝られただけで解決してくれなかった。故障だと思い使うのを諦めたが、実はシャワーの横あるボタンを押せばよかっただけ😓 バスルームに使い方の説明をつけておいて欲しかった。 それ以外は、駅からも近く部屋も綺麗で広くまた泊まりたいと思った。

Palace Hotel Omiya
Very close to the station, excellent amenities in or close to the property. Staff was efficient and friendly. Room turndown service everyday was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property when visiting Tokyo. Bonus that Omiya is a Shinkansen station 🙌

Hotel Route - Inn Koga Ekimae
Excellent Route Inn. Really busy at breakfast at 6:30, due to a big group all dining first thing. Delayed our start by 30min. Not the hotel’s fault. Staff were amazing.

Kawagoe Prince Hotel
It is an older style property with grace. The location is great being right next to the train station and doorstep to the airport bus. One downside will be the sound of the railway crossing that start around 6:00.
