No hot water in building! They did not even tell me this until I paid my $250 security deposit of course, then literally handed me back my CC and said BTW the whole place has no hot water until Monday morning at least After fighting the smug useless clerk for my deposit back, he then would not cancel my reservation. Told me I’d have to go through Expedia of course🙄. He would not give me anything in writing stating they had no hot water Expedia was great, they tried calling to verify and of course the phone number was not connected to that address, but their “head office” likely overseas somewhere. I eventually left. Paid more than double for last minute Saturday night room elsewhere. Hotel of course tried to say they did have hot water, after some negotiations and eventually through a supervisor , Expedia finally saw what was going on here, and gave me full refund. Thank you Expedia. BTW when you pull in this hotels parking lot you will think your at U-haul as 50% of their parking lot is full of rental trucks, another side hustle there I’m guessing ?! VIP entry too, while you stand at the locked door waiting for someone to randomly walk by and let you in the building.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I DONT KNOW WHO PAID PEOPLE FOR THE 5/5 reviews. We are not picky when it comes to hotels and where we stay when we are out of town but this Inn is waaay down at the bottom when it comes to cleanliness, Staff, location, and service. First off, this establishment charge like they are a luxury Inn, literally 30$ less the 4 star hotel nearby. It's a scam and a rip off. When we first drove in the parking lot, we thought we were lost as we did not see any sign out front, all we saw was a line of parked U-Haul trucks. We turned around and drove by the area but we couldn't find it. Our navigation keep on taking us back at this parking lot, We looked at the website front photo of the Inn and yes we were in the right spot. Right there and then we didn't feel right about staying at this Inn, There were a sign in the lot that says "park at your own risk". We headed over inside, we didn't find anybody at the desk and we were standing there for a couple of minutes before a staff ask us about some info, he asked for my ID and checked us in, He handed me a page to sign and give us our key. The whole place has a smell but it wasn't pleasant. Muggy, minty, and stinky all together. We head over to our room, we were on the ground floor, this Inn has second floor but there's no elevator, so prepare to carry your suitcases upstairs yourself. The room at first glance if okay, a little dark despite of turning on the lights!!!! NEVER STAY HERE!!!

First of all there’s only one throughout the hotel when you leave, you have to wait for the staff to come back before you come back kept breaking every five seconds to get about 20 to 30 key cards just get back in my room there were no clean towels in the bathroom or toilet paper TV was broken had wires all over the place and when I asked for a towel, they gave me one towel with a bleach stain on. It had to buy my own did not receive any breakfast, which stated. In the details of staying there that free breakfast was offered. Have not received the money that I put down for security deposit they have a number up on the door saying if the person at the front desk is not there please call it but when you call it, nobody answers the phone you gotta continually call over and over and over before someone could attend to you when I went to check out, there was no one there to assist me. I was supposed to leave and be on my way because I have an 8 Hours Dr. at 6 a.m. but I was left waiting until 640. I was calling the front desk attendance over and over and nobody answered until 6:35 AM at that point I was mad did not even come to check me out but told me that I could leave and they will check me out and then when I called back to confirm that they would check me out they just said yes yes yes we did but I did not receive no confirmation that they checked me out. I tried to cancel after the first day the website I used to book this hotel could not get a hold of them after constantly

The check in was fine. It is not a good neighbourhood but the pictures looked ok. The room they put me in did not have a working keycard lock - you didn't need a key to enter at all! The bar lock on the inside had also been partially removed. When I went to the desk to explain this as a problem, I was told by Sam that "no one will go in your room if you are in there". I should never have had to explain why I was uncomfortable with this! I had to request another room, and was told only if I hadn't slept in the bed yet. Again, safety is your first priority, people! It doesn't matter if I slept in the bed (I hadn't) if the door won't lock! The second room had no working AC during a heat wave, had no soaps and had no towels in the room. I settled as it had a working lock. Both rooms had peeling paint, hair on the floor and shower walls, dirt on the floors, and I was very uncomfortable. This is absolutely false advertising and I would absolutely not recommend it to anyone. Expedia should not be allowing them to use their services, this should absolutely not be acceptable. The hotel refused a refund, so they obviously do not care about their guests.

No hot water. So we were unable to have showers. The Tv did not work (no cable). Coffee machine but no coffee pods present and when my husband went to ask for some at the front desk, they said they weren’t allowed to provide food or drink on premise. Only two bath towels in the room. No wash clothes or hand towels provided. When asked for more towels, the front desk said they would bring it up and never did. No fitted sheets on bed and they were stained. Needless to say, we will not be back.

Very disappointed.

Our room was not anything like the picture shown. It was very dirty, and the bedsheets had stains on them, including cigarette burns, the bathroom was in shambles. The toilet seat was broken, the shower curtain was full of mold, the walls were chipping away, and there was no hot water no Wi-Fi either and not enough towels very disappointed. Not wheelchair accessible, or people with limited mobility would be very challenging due to multiple sets of stairs and no elevator.

Checking in went fine although front desk person seemed mildly annoyed by me asking questions about the hotel and was also on the phone while checking me in. Room was dirty; stained sheets and pillows, bathroom tub had 2 large rusty dents in it, dried toothpaste splatter across the bathroom mirror, someone’s hair left on the shower curtain… overall not pleasant. Showered anyway and the handle for the shower faucet fell off. No hot water. No front desk person at all when checking out in the morning and after stepping out for a smoke to wait for said desk person, I was locked out of the building with no way of getting back in (thankfully had all of my things or would’ve been completely screwed and late for work.) Called the number on front door that is posted in the event that the desk person is missing around 20 times over the span of 30 minutes and got voicemail every single time. Went to work unsure if I would get my deposit back. They texted 2 hours later telling me I could come back at anytime to get it. Drove back after work and got deposit back and once again desk person seemed annoyed/ generally unfriendly. Overall unpleasant stay, certainly not worth the price. Would not recommend, will not be returning.

There was no hot water from at least the Wednesday before I showed up and never came on, they said it would be fixed by Friday night at 10PM that was a lie. The ice machine was broken or not working, was not even plugged in. The Tv didn’t work, wallpaper in the bathroom was ripping off the wall. Overall terrible hotel.

I’m not sure where to start, booked in for 2 nights for a baseball tournament, NO hot water all weekend in 30-35 degree weather and not being able to shower (awesome) there was left over dirt in the bathtub , hair on the walls , and mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. 2 partially used rolls of toilet paper, registered 3 guests and received one partially folded body towel, NO wash cloths , NO hand towels. Sheets on the 2 beds , 1 bed was proper , the other bed had a flat sheet as the bottom sheet. Also hardly any parking due to the side business they are running with renting UHaul huge vans that take up most of the parking. I won’t ever stay there again . Also was told I’d be getting 150$ back at the end of my stay . Then they changed their mind at check out . They returned my deposit but said I have to wait until they speak to Expedia as I was a 3rd party booking.
