We booked through Expedia. 3 days before arrival I called the hotel and asked if using my VISA Debit card would suffice to pay for the room and deposit. The customer service rep said this was allowed. Upon check in, a different customer service rep stated this was untrue and we would not be able to pay this way. She eventually allowed me to pay the room through my VISA debit and a cash deposit of $150. In the morning I woke up to see black mold through out the bathroom. The shower was disgusting, mold along the grout, baseboards, shower doors, shower head and walls/ceiling. The AC unit was extremely loud but we had no choice but to keep it on due to the hear warnings. TV didn’t connect to wifi so we were only able to watch local cable. Breakfast was fine, eggs weren’t great. But the staff were very friendly and kind to our son. Lobby was beautiful, it’s a shame updates aren’t carried throughout the entire hotel.

The room was great however the bathroom felt unclean around the toilet and shower. Staff were friendly and it was a very convenient location just off of the highway making it a convenient stay! The breakfast was great too!

I have nothing against Indians, Hindus, but I really have experience with their filth, unfortunately they don't know how to run a business. This hotel is good, and there are no Hindus, everything was great, kindness, service, breakfast, coffee and the woman who works in the kitchen is super friendly and the one who is the maid upstairs is great. Probably every trip to Toronto and around will be in this hotel…

Great hotel close to excellent restaurant. Burlington has a lot to offer. The breakfast was very good. Lots of options. Nicely presented. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice tree view. Close to the highway but not overly noisy. I would stay here again.

The staff was kind but when we got to our room it reeked of cigarette smell. We were given a different room that smelled better but it was quite dirty. We found the bathroom was covered in hair. It was on the tub, on the bathroom floor and in the bathroom sink. The bathroom sink was so full of hair that it was clogged and would not drain. We had to get facilities to come and drain it. The fridge in the room also had old food in it from previous customer. It just felt grimy and overlooked. The pictures online when booking didn't look like the same place. We most likely won't stay at Quality Inn hotel again. We're disappointed that we spent money staying somewhere uncomfortably dirty.

Great price point with good amenities. The water of the pool was a bit cold but we still enjoyed it. There's a sauna with a shower right next to the pool so it's very convenient. Better breakfast than the other hotels that offer complementary breakfast.

Clean, comfortable and with friendly staff. However, regarding sustainability and eco-friendliness, it is terrible. Every morning, huge amount of garbage is produced in this place. Whatever you might need for breakfast is available in single use plastic containers. The utensils are also plastic and thrown in the garbage. I hope they will do something to improve the situation and go grean.
