I didn't use any air conditioning it wasn't warm enough out. The room was clean but the electrics are dated and there were a few places that could be touched up and the ceiling light I believe it was in the bathroom and dead flies inside. And the remote control needed a good cleaning. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were fluffy and the sheets were very clean.
