Well to start off i booked this room because it had an indoor pool and hot tub, get there and it was under renovation!!! The room had not been cleaned, the bed was unmade, food was in the microwave and fridge that someone left in there, tissue paper thrown all over the room, dirty towels in the bathroom, shower head leaks really bad and made a mess with water, the sink was dirty and shower had not been cleaned. I always stay at this hotel and never had a problem like this before and other travelers were stating that their rooms were not cleaned either. For $318 that is ridiculous and I promise I will never stay at this hotel again ever.
