They need more people for restaurant, it is slow. And waiting time for food is long

Room was pretty good, we had a cold weather patch so did not use aircon or the pool. Bars could have been open more to cater for guests so it was a dry argument later in the evening, past 10pm

I loved my stay at Paradise! Everyone was so nice and so helpful. I didn’t know I would be served breakfast and woke up to most lovely smell of eggs and toast and was treated to a lovely and filling breakfast. I hurt my ankle before arriving and they went and got ice for me and made sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend paradise!

Clean

Pros: rooms are big, beds are on stiffer side but comfortable, pillows are comfortable, staff is overall great, located about a mile from the main warf and main bar, about 3 blocks from city center. Neutral: breakfast will always consist of: coffee, water or juice, 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 slices of toast and fruit. Cons: definitely outdated and can see staining, cracked tiles, older and wobbly furniture, just generally everything is outdated. Difficult to get ahold of via WhatsApp or through hotels.com messaging.
