Guzmán Vacation Packages

The apartment was nice, clean and very similar to the online posting and pictures. However, the area where the property is located is dangerous. All the Uber drivers kept warning us how unsafe the zone is, there are cops stationed on the corner of this property 24/7 which provides a little relief. But the area looks run down and sketchy. If you are stayijg here, please be careful and watch your back.

Very very nice, especially given that this hotel is a historic building. The food is excellent in the restaurants too. The breakfast is yummy!

Everything was great

Unfortunately the name of the property was not Yoo by Wynwood. It is P. H. Yoo Panama & Arts Tower. This detail that was incorrect cost us time, money and stress at the beginning of our trip. We weren't able to get in touch with anyone at the property or at expedia and we ended up having to cross reference google photos to figure out the correct name and address of the location. This took us about an hour to do in a Country that we had never been to. We are very displeased with Expedia about this. We still have not been contacted by anyone.

Nice apartment ! Clean and great location

Had issue with the maintenance of the property, there were several issues. Toilet leak, ants and mold on the wall in the living room. Overall the response from the property manager was slow to respond and not apologetic, we had to move to a hotel halfway through our stay. They lost our second room reservation we had made for a family member, but it turned out to be a blessing. It is a beautiful building, with amazing views and great decor, but this property needs to be better maintained in order to allow guests to enjoy their vacation.
