Guereo Vacation Packages

Great location accessible to the city, business like atmosphere in staff and lobby, nice clean spacious rooms. Breakfast could be improved slightly with more selections but was very good already. Finally, very nice pool next to outdoor lounge. Overall, 5/5 hotel for very reasonable price point.

A very good commodity to relax! Uncomplicated and well organized.

Love the location. The check in process was a breeze and all the amenities works perfectly. Very clean rooms, colid bathrooms and shower

Staff was very welcoming and helpful

The hotel exterior was old, there were dead bugs all over the.place, the WiFi didn't work everywhere, no hot water in the morning, my bathroom (Rm 652) floods if you turn on the shower for more than 2 minutes, the in-room intercom did not work. Imaging paying $268 for a hotel room for one night, you get asked to pay for breakfast on checknout and the breakfast spread was nothing to be excited about for extra $25 The only upside about the hotel are the staff who seemed friendly and handicapped when asked about the poor state of the hotel. The rooms also looked renovated and the AC was cold. That's it.

The AC was messed regardless of two technicians’ visit. The temperature would not go below 25C even though it was set to 20C for over 24hrs. The shower can use some deep cleaning. The edges seal are black with dirt and black mold ( always the case on all of my visits) The pools are dirty. They all have very large decay ( tiles that came off). The grouts are disgustingly moldy. The pool’s condition was the most chocking part of my visit. There has been an improvement on the staff client service skills.

We had an amazing stay at this beach house. The location was perfect, the house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Overall, it was a great experience and we truly enjoyed our time there. The only area for improvement would be the check-in process and communication, which could have been smoother and more responsive. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again.
