This is the second time I stayed here only because it’s attached to a mall and due to city delinquency you can not be outside. So I had to stay in this hotel. I tried to check in at 2:40 and the lady from the counter won’t let me in until 3:00 which I understand is the regular check in but if rooms ready why made me wait in the couch. It wasn’t until I asked someone else 2:55 and he was kind enough to let me in. People from customer service in Guayaquil needs to learn how to emails. They are all mad. They need training so the turism can grow

Great hotel that never disappoints. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming and keep the hotel in great shape. The close proximity to the Mall del Sol allows us to pass time walking and shopping in our free time. The courtesy shuttle to the airport makes getting to/from our flights very easy.
