The hotel lost water

This place was phenomenal! Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet, I would highly recommend.

Not worth the stay. Went to the pool, couldn’t even get a lounge chair in the three days i was there because people were buying day passes to use the pool and. They were rude and nasty people and they took up space that the hotel guests couldn’t use when we paid a lot to stay at the hotel. Go somewhere else.

If all you are looking for is a clean comfortable bed, bathroom, shower, mini fridge and microwave and absolutely do not care about luxury. This hotel will fit your needs. let me make emphasis in the fact that you are getting ONLY what I mention at the beginning of my review.

Hotel staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. Froy at Collins restaurant made the birthday celebration memorable by helping us with personal touches to celebrate. Food at Collins was amazing and everyone enjoyed the stay at the Loews. We will definitely return!

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....
