The room could have been a lot cleaner. There was hair on the sheets of both beds. Some kind of stains on toilet seat (I wiped away with my cleaning wipes). The lamps were dusty. Stains on a/c unit.

Housekeeping staff never serviced our room. Kept telling us we were scheduled for service but never came. 2nd shift Front desk staff Maliya was really nice. And the bartender Bonita was nice as well.
