New facility,across from hospital, dollar tree and fast food restaurants. Hotel has free breakfast and a 3day social dinner,which is a great perk. But staff (except2) need retraining in customer friendly/ professional service.

Place clean, ppl nice, toilet paper holder was broken but it’s ok. Only complaint is breakfast. They know how many ppl staying there so suppose to prepare enough food for the mornings. When we went downstairs they only had was bread, cereal and scrambled eggs. Mostly hotels and motels has yogurt also but this place didn’t have. Hopefully next time will be better some options. Also I forgot to bring our toothbrushes but the counter didn’t have any. It was almost midnight so wish they had some even for purchase. Other than that this place is newer and clean so it’s good. Oh, some costumes were smoking weed outside of their parking space and that bothering us because we had kids with us.

Everything was great except I forgot to ask for a handicap room for my husband and they were sold out. But this was my fault. The hotel and staff were great. Would definitely stay again but in a handicap room!

Southern hospitality staff at its best. Very clean and spacious room with kitchen. Good selection for breakfast. Would definitely recommend staying here when in Greenville.
