The toilet seat was broken and manager didn’t fix it , killed two bugs and there wasn’t a chair for the desk to sit at . Also there wasn’t a hair dryer which we expected to be common to any hotel we’ve stayed in for the last ten years or so

Upon checkin the manager was incredibly rude, repeatedly offering to cancel my reservation. I have stayed here numerous times over multiple years for work trips but never again. I guess privately owned properties ( I support small business) can treat people however they want. I won't be back.

Room always clean. We stay here 2 times every year. When the race is at ECHOPARK this is where we stay for the fall and spring races. It's close to the track and our favorite eating places are just down the road. The staff is always friendly. Enjoy it everytime.

They did not have the room.Saved offered a completely different room of what we wanted.Paid for that room.Then turn around and up charge.The room totally swear to pay more money.Or get out very dirty rooms as well
