The lobby is very well-maintained and updated with the rooms on the first floor where I was staying we’re very basic and old. There’s a gym that you can get a good workout in. There’s also a pool which is very nice and it’s very close to the baseball stadium which was amazing.

I had picked a king size bed and got two queens. It was ok but what’s the point of picking when you don’t get what you asked for. The bathroom for a nice hotel was very small.

Kansas City Marriott Country Club Plaza
We checked in late and out early for surgery at st Luke’s. Perfect for a night close to hospital but we didn’t utilize much except the beds for sleeping a few hours. Can’t comment on amenities but the rooms were nice and clean.
