Staff was cheery and helpful. Building and room was very clean. Parking lot was well lit and easy to navigate. Bed was firmer that I like and air conditioner was a bit loud. Overall, a pleasant stay in a unique building.

The staff were great here. The person on check in and signing out were great with their customer service. Also the cleaning staff were very courteous and offered Mother's Day greetings. The staff even offered condolences when they learned we were in town attending a funeral.

The hotel was in the middle of a renovation. This was not included in the information on Hotels.com. The 2nd floor was the only floor in use. The elevator was operationally iffy. The lobby was full of boxes. There was no breakfast as advertised on hotels.com. They had no shampoo
