The hotel was described as having in indoor pool. ONLY after checking in we found out the pool was closed for repairs. I called the hotel prior to making my reservation and I was not advised that the pool was unavailable. My reservation was only refundable with 24 hours prior notice. I feel like this was a misrepresentation.
The property was clean; staff courteous; my only complaint would be that the commodes seemed to be extremely low to the floor. Other than that, my stay was great.
Its location from the main highway was ideal. It felt like a safe location. The staff were super friendly. Other guests were friendly and we exchanged several pleasantries with people just wanting to say, "Hello" - that is not normal where we are from, so it's odd being around nice people. Royal Farms next door was convenient.
