Right near the bus terminal so it can get sketchy walking around. Loved the washer and dryer in the room. Heads up to bring unscented detergent if fragrances bother you.

The staff was incredibly helpful and gracious at every turn. There was a mechanical issue in our original room and the front desk was very quick and responsive to get the situation fixed. They even gave us some drink vouchers and breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience. Top-notch service.

The breakfast was excellent! Fresh fruit & pastries are fantastic!!! Took some for the flight home. I would definitely come stay here again

It was probably a beautiful hotel at one time but it is now older and needs upgrades to the rooms. The vents are visibly dirty, there is a damp mold/mildew smell, and the bathroom sink was clogged. The very small tv worked with a digital antennae and didn’t work half the time. There was no microwave. There was no liner on the shower curtain so the curtain had mold. There is no complimentary breakfast. We loved that the hotel collaborated with Anthrocon and offered a shuttle. That was the biggest selling point of all. The furniture was lovely and I liked it better than most hotels. Most of the staff was helpful.

I plan to stay there whenever I go back to pittsburgh

The hotel is very well located in downtown . spacious, clean, all looks new. The staff is very welcoming and kind . AJ was the best! Helpful, talkative and informative about any question we had. Thank you and we will stay there again.
