It was a beautiful place to stay very good community styled place my family loved it 11/10

We did not know our room was a "pod". Super small...no housekeeping service unless you pay extra. The room was so humid the bedding and our clothes felt damp.

Great location close to all the action on Broadway. Room was nice, even without windows on the interior room. Staff was helpful. All access went thru an app which worked well enough, though it did quit working one night and I had to re-check in to get it working again. Would recommend if visiting Broadway is your plan.

Everyone at the hotel was wonderful from our check in service to holding our bags on our last day! In between, we had rides to places near the hotel and sound advice on where to eat and what to do! Our room was beautiful and unique!

The hostess that night checking in and running the bar was amazing so welcoming! Give them 5 stars just for the staff!

The room was clean and beautiful. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They even gave me a complimentary bottle of wine during check in! I was double charged for parking (the hotel charged me for overnight Valet, and the parking garage they use- Metropolis- also charged me). This issue was resolved and i was credited for the error very quickly.
