Nice stay for one night. Clean place for the most part. Staff were kind and helpful.

After a long day of driving we arrived at 11:45pm to be told they could not help us because their systems were down and we needed to go elsewhere. Horrible for us and we get unexpected problems can happen but under the circumstances they could have offered to recommend somewhere else and imagine if they even called ahead to see if there was a room available! I practically had to beg to get the name of another nearby hotel then we were sent off to figure it out from there at midnight. I gave middle of road star ratings on all the things we didn’t experience.

We stayed at the room that had a door directly to the pool which was amazing with kids. Little bummed that the smaller pool was not a hot tub it was cold so that was sad. And our mirror in our room was broke on the side so it needed to be updated. But everything else was amazing all of the workers were so friendly and amazing. And the food was really good. Overall totally recommend for a getaway for the family just for the weekend or even for a couple
