Disappointed with smoking issue and cleanliness at the entrance. I was looking forward to staying at Spark by Hilton because of its modern brand image, and the lobby and staff service were nice. However, I was very disappointed with the condition of the exterior. There were cigarette butts all over the ground, and several guests were smoking right at the front entrance — even though this hotel is supposed to be a 100% smoke-free property. This completely ruined the first impression and made me feel uncomfortable every time I walked in and out. Hilton hotels usually enforce a strict no-smoking policy, with a $250 fine for violations, but here it seemed like nobody cared. If the hotel truly wants to represent Hilton standards, management needs to take this seriously: designate a smoking area away from the entrance, keep the exterior clean, and enforce the fine for violators. I hope this feedback helps the property improve, because guests who choose Hilton expect a clean, smoke-free, and professional environment.

The staff is always wonderful. It's cleaner than most but this time I just noticed a few little discrepancies. The elevator was not vacuumed once while we were there for one which was not a big deal but unusual. The room we were in, The bed was not as comfortable as the other rooms we have been in.
