Had a 2 bed room for 2 occupants and had 1 towel..2 washcloths and 1 hand towel… shower was filthy and the BR door was taped together with black tape.. that didn’t stick so was not together… curtains didn’t close.. the ridge in room tray below freezer was gross… just unreal.. can’t believe EXPEDIA LIST THEM .. the pictures of the rooms are nothing like the rooms … floors a filthy… just gross!! They should refund my money for such a crappy listing!!! I left one day early!!

Great breakfast, needs better beds. The beds squeak just to sit down on them.. it was kinda annoying.. they need better ned frames. The door didn’t seem to connect properly when shut, and it kinda worried me at night. But I made it safely and I would recommend, I would just ask for a different room next time!

After three different rooms, we were finally given a room that had working air and a working door. Then, the air barely worked, the toilet ran all night. The breakfast the next morning was okay at best. The food was cold, they were not able to keep up with the demand, and were not trying to offer any kind of alternative or service of any kind.

This hotel is in desperate need of renovation and feels extremely outdated. I stayed in Room 206, and there wasn’t even a single mirror in the room. Housekeeping is seriously lacking. I stayed for three nights, and they never cleaned the room once. Even after I explicitly asked the front desk for clean towels and room cleaning, they promised to send someone but never did. I had to clean the room myself.I honestly do not understand why Expedia charges so much for a hotel of this low quality. Expedia booked this property as a replacement because my original booking was canceled without prior notice. Although Expedia refunded $150, I still had to pay over $300 out of my own pocket due to the higher price of this hotel compared to the first one. Both the hotel and Expedia showed a complete lack of accountability. I find Expedia’s resolution entirely unacceptable; they gave a $150 credit and washed their hands of the matter. I had to use that entire refund just to cover part of this hotel's cost, plus pay even more extra money. Expedia must take full responsibility for the bookings made through their platform."

The room was very clean! Will definitely stay again when in the area!

We loved learning about the historical significance of this property. The architectural team did a great job of restoring it and envisioning it as a hotel. Our room was spacious with high ceilings. The staff was helpful. My only suggestion would to have bottled water in the rooms for guests.
