Sköna sängar och stort badrum, men inte riktigt städade rum och ej fyllda tvålar,papper osv. Frukosten var sisådär. Tort bröd, ingen ost och nästan inga sittplatser vid frukosten + var att det fanns pannkakor.

Please don't stay here!

I booked a Grand Double room for 4 nights and on arrival I paid the full fee as requested. When we got to the room it was not a Grand Double and frankly it was disgusting. (Pics are available). We approach the hotel reception but there was no other room available. I have requested a refund/ compensation from hotels.com and despite 3 days of effort the company have had no response from the hotel. I want this resolved and I won't go away until it had been sorted out. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in in 50 yrs. Mould broken furniture dirty walls broken fittings and bulbs. It's a horror show !
